Who are we?
An Early Intervention Scheme that identifies children and young people aged 10-18 that may become at risk or vulnerable in the East of Edinburgh
What we do and why?
We engage and support children and young people within their communities and families to enable them to improve theirs lives and situations. This is achieved by empowering them to make positive informed choices. This can be through one to one support, being part of local youth clubs, sporting associations and their community
How are we different?
Make It Happens aims to provide EARLY intervention seeking out young people before they maybe referred onto statutory services

· We take a holistic approach
· We use GIRFEC approaches
· We provide one to one support
· We partner with other agencies
· Parents/Carers and families are provided support
· We regularly review and evaluate the action plans and the project
